Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: October 26, 2026
Amster is an AI governance platform developed by Ariqt Global Technologies (“Ariqt”). It is designed to help organizations understand and govern employees’ use of artificial intelligence tools through visibility into AI usage, prompt classification, governance insights, and reporting. Where supported by the platform and its configuration, Amster may classify AI use cases in relation to categories or requirements under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act).
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Amster. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use Amster on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Use of Platform
Amster provides tools and information intended to support organizational oversight of employee AI usage, including usage visibility, prompt classification, risk indicators, dashboards, and governance reporting, depending on the services enabled.
You must use Amster lawfully and in accordance with these Terms, applicable policies, and any agreement between Ariqt and your organization. You must not use the platform to conduct unauthorized monitoring, unlawfully discriminate against individuals, interfere with platform security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform except where applicable law permits, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Amster’s classifications and outputs are intended to support review and decision-making. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as definitive legal advice, a final legal determination, or a guarantee that all AI-related risks or uses have been identified. Your organization remains responsible for evaluating outputs and deciding what action to take.
Your organization is responsible for ensuring that employee monitoring and data collection through Amster are lawful, appropriately disclosed, proportionate, and consistent with applicable employment, privacy, and data protection requirements. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
Amster and its software, design, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Ariqt or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the platform under these Terms or a separate agreement, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the platform, or use Ariqt’s names, logos, or branding without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
You or your organization retain any rights you hold in prompts, content, and other information submitted to or processed through Amster. You authorize Ariqt to process that information as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the platform, in accordance with the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Liability Limitations Consent (where required and revocable anytime)
Amster is provided to support AI governance and organizational oversight. Platform outputs, classifications, reports, and risk indicators are for informational and operational support purposes only and do not constitute legal advice or guarantee compliance with the EU AI Act or any other law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or identify every AI interaction, risk, or compliance issue. Third-party tools and services may be subject to their own terms, availability, and limitations.
To the extent permitted by law, Ariqt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform. Any other liability limitations will be governed by the applicable customer agreement and mandatory law; nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where consent is the appropriate legal basis for a particular processing activity, it must be obtained and may be withdrawn as required by applicable law. Organizations remain responsible for determining the appropriate legal basis for employee monitoring and for providing required notices.
User-Generated Content
Depending on the features enabled and the organization’s configuration, Amster may process prompts, queries, AI usage records, associated metadata, and related information submitted by users or collected from supported environments.
You and your organization are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and authority required to submit or make this information available to Amster, and that its collection and use comply with applicable law and organizational policies. Do not submit content unlawfully or information you are not authorized to disclose.
You retain any rights you hold in user-generated content. You grant Ariqt permission to process that content only as needed to provide and support the platform, meet applicable contractual obligations, protect platform security, and comply with law.
Classifications and other outputs should be reviewed in context. Your organization is responsible for determining appropriate monitoring scope, access permissions, retention settings, and follow-up actions.
Governing Law
The governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements applicable to Amster will be those specified in the relevant customer agreement. If no separate agreement applies, the governing law and competent courts should be specified by Ariqt in the final published version of these Terms, subject to applicable mandatory law.
Modifications to Terms
Ariqt may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Amster, its services, legal requirements, or business practices. The revised version will be published with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Where required by law or contract, Ariqt will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of Amster after updated Terms to take effect will be subject to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
